And, of course, my main reason for choosing PC: FREE MULTIPLAYER.
Long one: Yeah PC it's always better but don't expect to play modern games relatively smooth without a decent PC, if you don't have one and can't buy a new one, just play it in a console.

Ps4 obviouisly is miles better.
Meanwhile, the PC version has: free multiplayer, mods, and better frame rates at the median hardware level. There's really no comparison there.
This isn't to say the PC version is bad, but if you're capable of playing both, then the PC version just offers more. If you only have a PS4 or lack a modern enough PC, then play the PS4 version. Either way, the game is amazing.
Yeah of course playing at 30fps is miles better. Cause not everyone has a PS4 PRO.
