Tempered Deviljho?

Sorry for the possibly stupid question but,
Is it possible to get tempered investigations for Deviljho already? If yes, is he threat level 2 or 3?

iirc hes threat 2, hes not an elder dragon

tempered deviljho is an event quest that is higher difficulty than normal tempered scaling and drops increased hero/warrior streamstones

Yah, don't understand y it is not a standard temp investigation. Lunastra was added and a tempered version becomes part of investigation. Probably follows that of Behemoth. Maybe a temp jho will mess up all the other monsters. Say temp jho fighting teostra, nergigante. He is not an elder dragon but he sure can stand toe to toe with the elder.
