Huntsman Layered Armor?

Hello! I heard you unlock this after "We Run This Town" or the MR 200 quest. I just did both and I do not see it under layered armor. I went online to look and I can't find any information on it. I honestly thought it didn't exist until I just saw someone wearing it in my quest. Any idea on how to get this? Thanks for any info you can provide!

I believe you have to complete all Master Rank optional quests. That's what I've been told, anyway, so it's just like the Rainbow Pigment for Layered Armour you get from doing all the base game optional quests.

If you haven't even started your optional quests, well, uh, have fun with that grind, I guess?

Person in your quest was using a mod, its not in the game yet.

you dont need the all optionals quest for ANYTHING in mr except early access to commison+ ticket item. once youre mr 125 you can get even that elsewhere aswell. so unless you do it early its fully pointless this time. this unlock has nothing to do with that optional quest.

Thats what I was told as well. I actually already did every optional. Those were the last 2 I needed. I still didn't get it though. Can't craft it either.

You can get Research Commission Ticket+ by the Hymn of Moon and Sun quest unlocked at MR125. I think the quests unlocked at MR150, 175 and 200 also give it but I've not reached that far.

I have some of those from another quest I did. I have 2 atm. I still don't see it though. Is there something else I need or was the person above right about it not existing atm?

The layered version definitely doesn't exist, that guy was using the transmog mod.
