Unlocking Shara Ishvalda's layered weapon?

So i got a pretty good safi weapon but as expected it looks awful. So ive been trying out different layered weapons and i specifically wanted to see how the unblinking gatekeeper skin looks on lance. However, It doesnt appear to be on the list of layered weapons. How do i unlock the ability to make it?

Required ingredients for that layer are a Shara gem, and materials that come from tempered elders in the Guiding Lands (area rank 7).

oh so i have to do more guilding lands stuff to get the option to craft it? I cant even see the materials as ???s right now, there's just no option on the list for the shara layered

Yeah, and levelling areas up to rank 7 to spawn tempered elders in the first place requires grinding all the way up to MR100 if you're not there already. But once you do get to that point then any tempered elder in the Guiding Lands will do, since they all drop the bones and stones that the Shara layer requires
