how to fire slinger ammo

I haven't played in a year and a half and just got iceborne but controls are differ with the quick button layout just trying to figure out how to fire your slinger after aiming it i can aim but they have that claw now just want to know how to shoot stuff like flash pods and etc...

Its... the same as it has ever been, right trigger.

i think its hold c and then left click. I think right click is to use the grapple. Not 100% tho, I use a controller so for me its just hold LT then press RT. Can any K&M users confirm?

see i do that and it just makes me draw my sword its all configured to the original keyboard setting

look in your hunters notes there should be something in there about slinger controls. Other than that maybe try going to training area and aiming with C it might give a prompt

yeah been trying and hitting every key before the new stuff with the quick control i had them set up on my mouse

looks like the default is click mouswheel / C with weapon drawn, and then its one of the side mouse buttons. Im not sure which as my mouse doesnt have any xD If you dont have them might wanna rebind it

Edit: the binding is for guard / weapon special action / fire claw

i have 12 side buttons 1 thru 8 is now those quick link just going to jump into training area till i figure it out

read the edit i made - look in bindings and see what the one is bound to. Thats your slinger - as well as a few other things it seems. It will be the same button you use to block with a weapon

yeah looking at the keys ijust says a side button i hit all of those pops up the quick keys and doesnt specify

What weapon are u using?

ok well had to preset to 9 before i had it on 2 before all the quick button were assigned to 1 thru 8

Well, if you are using a weapon with block capabilities its the same binding apparently. So if you bound it to something else that will also be your new block binding.

well i use long blade so yeah but couldnt find another button for it so guess it 9 now
