Ancient Leshen - Mutagen?

Is the Mutagen for the layered armour can only be obtained from the Ancient Leshen event?
Because I has 7 successful hunts on Ancient Leshen and I have not seen a single mutagen.

As far as I know, it's used to unlock the layered armour for Geralt and Ciri.

I'm not sure what you meant exactly by that, but there is one which is the equipment set itself (the one with stats that can be crafted), and another which is purely cosmetic as layered armour. Once you get the Mutagen, the blacksmith will have an exclamation mark above him which unlocks a critical bounty for the layered armour. This usually happens most of the time whenever there is a new event / layered armour to be unlocked.

Maybe I phrased it wrongly initially. Let me rephrase...
The mutagen unlocks the layered armour upon which you can equip (on top of your normal armour) to look like Geralt or Ciri.

But the armour is for you too not only if you are morved into geralt?

Ah, so you meant by that. Yup, you can equip those as normal layered armour even when not playing as Geralt.

I feel so bad for you. I got 2 mutagens from carve in 1st run. Now i have total 4 in total 4 runs. Just trick the desire sensor i guess.

Mutagen is an uncommon carve and reward from Ancient Leshen only. It's not that hard to get generally people will get per run.

I lucked out and got 1 on my first run.

It wasn't even a successful run.

It can be a part break reward it seems.
