Arch Tempered Teostra Is Stupid

Arch Tempered (AT) Teostra is the worse arch tempered monster so far. Fighting him in mutiplayer is much 30 times harder than fighting him solo. In mutiplayer, AT Teostra just run around all between 4 different players. Due to the fast attack speed, AT Teostra basically have no stopping time. As a meele player, you spend 90% of the fight chasing him around, and as the range player, you can't hit anything but his head due to his fire cloak, so you also spend 90% relocating. Having more range player in the group only means AT Teostra runs around a lot more.

Support players seem like a good idea at first, but the monster LOVES to target the player that does the least amount of damage. Since most support player jsut run around and heal all day, AT Teostra literally just run around all day with them.

That's the problem. AT Vaal hits hard. I can easily heal teammates and mitigate a bit of damage for them, but I can't heal 1-shots. Even solo it's easy to make a mistake and get 1-shot in a 15 minute fight.

Kushala scares me more than any other. With good fire res Lunastra is probably going to be the easiest of all the ATs

Considering (tempered) Lunastra has the least-damaging attacks of all the (tempered) elder dragons and I can literally sit in her Supernova no ♥♥♥♥♥ given, and AT are something like a 20% damage increase? No problem.

AT Teostra is similarly wimpy, but he does use some bigger hits and more physical attacks, and I do have to actually dodge his supernova.

most hunts are frustrating in multiplayer if the people you're playing with are inexperienced. they dont know how to hunt properly so they panic everytime the monster does even the slightest movement. they spend most of the time running around so the monster has to chase them down, often times making the target unpredictable thus making the fight harder than it actually is. this is why you play bad when you play with bad players. you put yourself more at risk by contributing in a team of bad players. then you do the same hunt solo and it feels like a walk in the park for some reason.

The only threatening that Arch and normal tempered Teostra has is the high as hell stun modifiers on his attacks. This doesn't seem so bad if you barely get hit except any and all attacks add stun build up on you, including the chip damage you take while Teostra runs from one player to another.

But Lunastra is super easy to cheese with an Insect Glaive. Especially now that we have access to both the KT Ice one and Elemental Airborne.
