A while ago, I started a new discussion about the Juicy Meat Resistance Delivery not appearing for me. About 5 months later I still haven't seen the quest.

I am now HR 142 and annoyed to see 29/30 meat in my ingredients. So I'm making this post just in case someone as found a way to trigger it after it wouldn't trigger.

Here's a list of what we tried when I did my first post:

• Check if I had an Uragann Scute in my item box, which I had 6 at the time
  
• Complete Nergigante Research
  
• Check for exclamation marks (Astera, Research Base, all areas ... nothing)
  
• Complete the 3 elder dragon research after Nergigante
  
• Slay/Capture a Uragaan (High rank and Tempered)
  
• Someone said they got their quest after slaying their first odogaron, but I did that a while ago

As of right now I'm sitting with every monster research completed except Lunastra, which is at 3 stars.

Have you upgraded the farm to max?
Do you have access to HR Palico Safari?
Are there any optional quests with speech bubbles you haven't finished?
Do you have all the other ingredients unlocked or do you miss others?
How far are you in the Grimalkyne sidequest?
How far are you in the Endamic life and fishing sidequest?
Are there any monsters you haven't defeated in HR?
Have you talked to the bounty people?

Could possibly be that you dont have enough investigation for the Uragaan? I believe it required the Uragaan Scute High rank marerial.

In order,
Palicki safari : yes
All quest done
All other ingredients unlocked
Done the grimlake side quest (moewlotov bombs?)
I've all monster at least once and capture all I could.
Talked to the bounty people, nothing

The only thing I'm not sure is the endemic life people in the explorations, though I don't have any exclamation marks

It does require a delivery of an uragaan scute, though I have multiple

Update: I understand that I need to do the delivery quest and deliever an uragaan scute + 700 points. Already knew that, it's just not activating for me :/

Okay, so I have now realised that my final critical bounty Research Help: Capture the Ancient for the Piscine Researcher was never done, though I don't even have that critical bounty -3-

I am ashamed to say but in January 2019 I was probably around 200 hours in the game and I am now at 832 hours. So... you get the idea

Hey, you poor soul who stumbles upon this thread searching for answers. I have found the exact moment this quest and all the high rank deliveries that the canteen needs will trigger.

1. You have to finish the investigations into the 3 elder dragons, Teostra, Kushala Daora and Vaal Hazak. Complete them and talk to the Chief Ecologist, and then the person responsible for that particular Elder dragon. Each investigation unlock one of 3 deliveries that give ingredients to the canteen.

2. This I'm only 90% sure on, but since this was how previous deliveries were unlocked, I believe this is also a requirement. You need to have collected at least 1 of the items that each delivery quest requires at some point, even if you ended up using those items before accepting the delivery quest. These are the Radobaan Carapace, Uragaan Scute and Pukei-Pukei Sac+. Go hunt those monsters if you don't see the quest appear after completing the elder dragon investigations.

Hopefully this helps someone.
