Best Solo Weapon for AT Teostra?

I usually use Bow or LBG. Neither seems great against him. What do other people suggest?

I'm confused about that too. The notes show equal weakness to ice and water, but some people say use water while others say ice. I've been using water.

iam using glutton, because it is the dummy mode, if you have no glutton use the nergi hbg don't miss to attach one shield slot + slugger decos, slugger foodbuff and impact mantle
if you have no spread deco use lavasioth boots
bow is so annoying, because you have to check your stamina all the time

i also used lance and gunlance in the past, but glutton is easier and faster
Hammer also works fine as long as you lure him into areas with slopes

Still, the best water bow is the one from Taroth, so if the OP doesn't have it, Legiana bow is still viable.

If you don't have the Taroth Water thingy then the Proudbow is craftable and has high water. I've never tried it myself but I've seen ppl wreck toaster with the Jho LBG and spread ammo.

Still, the best water bow is the one from Taroth, so if the OP doesn't have it, Legiana bow is still viable.

The Taroth Water bow is just a slightly upgraded version of Hunter's Proudbow.

I was having dificulty with him in the begining because of if a attack stun me i knew i was alredy dead ( i had various death screens almost the same, im stunned an my cat dancing and not hiting me, i was being to agreesive).
But then i put a 3 healt booster in my main ice SNS set and after that i beat him being more carefull with my attacks and putting the cat with the vigor fly thing for the extra healing, i sometimes still die but usually beat him in 18 to 23 minutes, i also try today with the insect glaive (start using this weapon yesterday) and beat him in 28 minutes without a cart (taroth paralisy not awaken, full dreaken set, 200 HP) https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1624308988.
Next i will try with my other main weapon beside the SNS, the lance and after that with my switch axe and that sleep dual blades that i recently begin to use.

Ps, Instead of nergigante i use the rathalos soul helm for critical element, i just forgot to put the helm in my set before save it.
