Performance issue in ancient forest and asteria

I have an I5 6600k, 16gb ram, and a gtx 1070. I can keep the game at constant 60 fps at all the other areas but these 2 areas are just terrible performance wise

Have you done all the things recommended most of the time, like turning off Volumetric Rendering and updating drivers/deleting MHW profile from nvidiaInspector?

And the SpecialK mod could help with lowering your CPU Utilization a bit since you only have a quad core CPU.

Yup, I did turn off Volumetric Rendering, whats that about deleting profile ?

I read about it but its like for version 3xxx.xx drivers, do we still need to do it for the current driver ?

Current drivers are just fine, im on a ryzen 5 2600, gtx 1070 and 16gb ram at 3000mhz, i can keep the game at 90 frames most of the time, it dips down to 80 - 85 on certain moments but its pretty stable though...

everything on high, turned off volumetric rendering and antia aliasing, no mods used that enhance performance.

are you using two monitors and have stuff going on on the second one? o notice on my system i get like 5 - 10 frames less when i watch a twitch stream, youtube video or netflix series

Ya the game runs great for me everywhere except asteria and ancient forest, especially bad in the north camp area, the game drops down to like 30 fps while fighting anything over there, it really baffles me

Turn off foliage sway, helped loads for me, and really dosent change anything
