I cant remember if this is needed for hairstyles but i know some dlc has to be claimed to become available
At least I bought Wandering Samurai and another one and wasn't able to get them. Only after purchasing Iceborne.
The title in the storepage probably says something like "Monster Hunter World: Iceborne Hairstyle: The Wandering Samurai"
There is other DLC content which has only "Monster Hunter World: Admiral Hairstyle" or smth like that which can be used without Iceborne DLC:
Or you have to wait some time and I it just happened to be available after I got Iceborne, but I doubt it.
Yeah, I've read about it being a thing, so that's likely the case.
Anyway.......what's the point of forcing some hairstyle DLCs to require Iceborne? I mean everyone with MHW has Iceborne already right? This feels like DMC V all over again with base game players with the red orb bonus not being able to upgrade to deluxe edition.
