Does anyone know what changes when different types of slinger ammo are loaded into the gun lance for a Wyrmstake Blast?

I think it's just about the duration

Duration. Look at the size of the icon for your WSB after you load it.

One notch is 2min or under. Two is between 2-4, three is over four minutes.

Slinger Capacity helps increase duration.

Slinger thorn is the best slinger ammo for WSB, iirc. There should be a thread here detailing all of the amounts.
