Certain quests not showing up?

The white winds of the new world quest is not showing up for me, I have all 8 stars and below quests completed (in red) and i've done both zorah and xeno quests at least once. Apparently I'm supposed to speak to the commander but nothing is happening.

Im having this same issue with the wiggler layered armor delivery request. I did both Kings Know no Fear and Wiggle me This quests, i have 1 faux II ticket and 2 wiggler quests and apparently I have to talk to the Smithy but again nothing happens. Is my game bugged?

Have you checked if you are missing arena quests? It requires at least a capture of each monster type.

Yeah, and the "Completed" shows up in red color which means that i've done all optional quests. Idk what im missing

Any mods that could potentially be interfering?

You sure you aren't missing one of the gadget quests? A few of them need things like "hunt 5 different tempered monsters" etc. As for the layered armor, it is not a delivery anymore - you should have an option at the smithy to forge layered armor, under the forge equipment option.

Although it says it only requires 1-8* im pretty sure you have to do Showdown: the Muck and the maul.

Thanks, i've also been told that I need research level 6 on 15 monsters, so i gotta do that and the tempered hunts. Turns out it wasn't as easy as I thought lol

To unlock that quest it needs to be threat lvl 1. So that’s Barroth, Jyuratodus, pukei, Tobi, rathian, anjanath, Paolumu - I think that’s all of them.

You need to do 5 different ones.

I thought Jyuratodus was a threat lvl 5?
