Does the greatest Jagras event give the new decos introduced in iceborne?

If you want iceborne decos, do the tempered stygian zinogre quest. Or is it regular tempered zinogre? I forget. It's one of the two.

By the way all, Capcom has told us to expect the upgraded decoration farming quest before Alatreon, the next big update. Zinogre focuses more on the mid tier decorations and isn't as likely to drop rewards that can be appraised into the ultra rare ones. I did get an Agitator+ from him though, so it's not impossible.

It was supposed to be this month but was delayed due to covid. We don't have a set date right now but most are assuming the end of June. This decoration quest was specifically sold as being made FOR Alatreon, so if he is going to be coming at the end of June we will probably see the decoration quest in the next couple weeks.

All speculation until Capcom actually drops some dates for us though.

He drops two guaranteed sealed feystones, the only way a new quest beats it is to have it drop three or more guaranteed sealeds.

I do not have any decos I am seeking other than shield up which is something I'm not really excited about this upcoming update. I definitely look forward to AT monsters and more gamma armors that will push slots past 40+ which may take another year.

From what I understand, if you are grinding sealed feystones the priority is
T3 5Box investigations > Zinogre Event Quest > T3 4Box investigations. Though the investigations don't give guaranteed sealed feystones, over a long period of grinding the 5box investigation should net you more in total as each of the rewards have a chance of being sealed feystones. I didn't do the math, just what i've been told. On rare occasion the zinogre quest has given me 4 sealed feystones but normally i only get 2. hopefully this helps

So then t3 5box are better if you have lucky voucher then?

I'm not completely sure if it ups the chances of the boxes though.
