The waist armor looks like you can get some real use from it. GL relies heavily on Evade Extender to improve their mobility, so an armor piece with a 4 slot deco and all 3 levels of EE really shines.

if u are running the 5pc Brachy for 4pc Artillery Secret (which you should), replacing the waist for its Evade Extender build only gives u a net gain of 2x Recovery Speed, assuming you have ♥♥♥♥ decos.
