He can also cause those lightning orbs that spiral and pretty much home in. If you get lucky after it hits you, you might roll out of the way of his next attack or if you are in a group he might target someone else.
Stygian zinogre is easier than some of the monsters but he is still a pain in the ass. Most of the monsters from Barioth on just don't have refined hit boxes and move way too much for it to really hold on to people. Having to become nearly a master at the game to have a better than 50% success rate on your hunts is kind of ridiculous to expect.
Guiding lands and some of the arch tempered are end game. Those should require excessive practice and perfection. The spare monsters just after the last boss should not require that much practice and skill.
If its a big issue, if you see it coming put on a temporal or dragonproof mantle. they will save your butt.
How anyone can have such a problem with Stygian Zinogre to the point of rage quitting a game is beyond me but oh well.
(Well, uninstalling in this case would be sell the game cartridge lol).
Bazelgeuse feels personally attacked by this comment and would like a word.
Let's see, the radiating dracolight isn't even that wide and is easily rolled through. Anyone who fought Xeno'jiva and Safi'jiva knows how to avoid getting hit by that by either superman-diving or just rolling.
His "ult" move is so easily avoidable. The dracophage all around the place takes an awful long time to zap you while you're running around avoiding Stygian's three-phase attack. You're more likely to be hit by regular Zinogre's spiraling Fulgurbugs than Stygian's ult.
