And even if you play kulv db (ice e.g) you will have exactly the same elemental dommage than if you have ice at 6, lol (570 for kulv ice db rarity 12 without improvement)
And if you build a set without Namielle you can put "témérité" (V or VII), ice at 6 (every time not depending of a skill) and berserk and all the other.
Namielle AT set is good for chest (and not sure...) and for gloves mainly (stamina lvl 3 : db and bow).
But it's nice to have some news !
Thanks, bye
Like, what about Namielle's phenotype represents that pendant? Wouldn't it have made more sense if it was something more squishy and glowy?
Capcom went full lazy with everything about AT Namielle (you never go FULL lazy, man), and it isn't an encouraging sign for future AT fights.
- Mirewalker (aquatic/arctic mobility) is useless against her waves. So basically, that skill is only for shara and a few areas with water or snow. And now it's officiallya 3 point skill for no reason at all if it has no effect against the one elder dragon in the game that fits its job description.
- No Nami layered set
Sure, there is the layered Defender and Artian sets now, but they have nothing to do with Namielle and should have been separate.
So, great, can't wait for other MR layered sets that require farming AT Elder tickets that have nothing to do with them. At least it would have given us a reason to go hunt down monsters for parts even if their actual sets are useless.
- Should have had a unique weapon for each class in the same vein as Raging Brachy and Furious George. Maybe give it a unique element combo to match Nami with some kind of cool gimmick befitting an Elder Dragon.
Why would mirewalker work on her though? you don't move slower in her water at all. the unique mechanic behind her puddles, as far as movement is concerned, is her being able to stir the water and drag you inwards. Mirewalker wont prevent that.
I mean, the skill is literally called aquatic (and arctic) mobility, which is what Nami's water waves prevent. If it works on Shara's sand, then spreading it to the single monster that utilizes water to immobilize the player would have made sense.
The only reasoning I can see against that is to encourage using either a water or lightning resistant deco if you have the slots available, but that really shouldn't lead to fewer choices for the player.
I also forgot to mention that the meal bonus is apparently also useless against the water tripping mechanic.
Just watching Namielle move and attack, it's like watching water poetry.
i love nami for this exact reason
disappointed tho that apparently at has no new moves or anything? i havent fought it yet but seriously?
