didnt get bonus loot at the end of any quest

Hello,

me and my friend play together in co-op to beat literraly every single monster that we need since the begining of our char. What i didnt understood is why at the end of the quest i have a bonus loot (a golden egg and an armor sphere) called "help for novice/expert hunter" but my friend never got this loot. This beginned since 2 day or so,please does someone have a fix in order to my friend to be able to get those reward ? We are currently RC327 and RM176.

the bonus loot is a bonus incentive for higher level hunters to go back and help beginners based on how far apart you two have progressed relative to each other.

I think you can only get it if you're higher HR than the host. MR if you're doing the mr quest. So between myself and my friends, whoever have the lowest mr hosts the quest these days so others can get free golden egg + king spheres per quest
