INSECT GLAIVE LAYERED - WTF?

Dear Capcom, why tf is it not possible to meld a GLAMOUR PRISM at the elder melder? Other "Event Only" materials such as the "Mutagen" are available for melding, but not the Glamour Prism? I really want to craft the Gae Bolg as a layered weapon, but I've used my only glamour prism on the Drachen layered armor.

My guess is that it's because the 'Glamour Prism' is technically a type of Ticket, like the ones you get from the arch-tempered elder dragon quests, which are also not meldable.

Meanwhile, 'Mutagen' is essentially Ancient Leshen's Gem. So, like other gem-type items, it is meldable.

You just need one and the event is on, upgrade your armor to the max and go solo, it's almost impossible to die with maxed lvl armor.
