Unplug your gamepad ;) start the game, this patch version have a bug with some gamepad.

To get it to start up, remove mods, and stack loader, and if you get the "incorrect value save data" follow the vid

Uninstall/update your mods if you have them, like stracker's loader.
Add the game as an exception to your antivirus, that's what worked for me with the last update

Uninstalling the mods worked for me. You have to also uninstall strackers loader. Thx

If u used a mod before make sure its removed from game file cause sometimes even if u delete the mod a file will be there roaming around lol.

check your driver is up to date

Check windows up to date

Check antivirus if its up to date

Are you using any mods?
If so then uninstall all mods and any external software associated with them such as mod loaders.

Then you'll need to make sure that the game is restored to a vanilla state.
This can be done by verifying the files and in some cases reinstalling the entire game.
Some mods can't be detected by verifying the files.
You can also check the files manually and remove any files that aren't associated with the game. Make sure that you know which files to delete before attempting this method.

Adding the game as an exception to your AV software could also potentially solve the issue, but I find mods to be a far more probable cause.

Capcom won't provide support for issues caused by mods and modding must thus be done at your own risk.

I found some soulutions for you who using mods. I used this method and actually solved.

To any one that can't use mod 2020/04/23, there is a way:
1, delete Stracker's Loader 1.9.0, all 3 files. dtdata.dllloader.dll loader-config.json
2.use Stracker's Loader 1.8.0. try not use vortex. it may not works.
