Pure Dragon blood

Is there any reliable way to farm this...been hunting tempered elders all day but the drop rate are abysmal..

Safi'Jiiva seems to drop bucket loads of the stuff, if you're willing to put up with that.

You're better off spamming Velkhana or whatever elder you can kill fastest because farming Safi for blood is never gonna be efficient.
