How to get Vip Full Bloom ticket and Assasin mantle?

Just have 1 ticket from login bonus daily, I want get more and how ? And new mantle else ?
I'm in Master Rank

do the assassin mantle quest, every quest you undertake has chance to grant a VIP Full Bloom ticket. so start hunting!

Make the full bloom armor set and wear the whole set to help with LR/HR sos. There is almost guaranteed vip ticket for each quest.

you cant make a meta build with the rose armor

since Duffel Duty is easy quest (MR 1 if im not wrong) does it affect of the outcome VIP Ticket? or there is no relation between VIP Ticket chance and difficulity of quest?

If you go to camp in region 12 (shipwreck), you can usually find 8 penguins below it, so you don't really have to run at all to get it (and you can catch all 8 in about 3 net swings).

they aren't all lined up for easy catch and if you miss one you have to go to the other cave which takes pretty long while your flowers never run away...
for the flowers its camp 15

I've been doing countless optional and event quests like crazy, still haven't gotten a single one of these event tickets. Are they just exclusive for main quests or something? Or is it this game's stupid RNG system bending me over again?

wear the full rose armor

go do event quest that ask you to collect 10x icebloom

i got like 5 vip ticket in like 10 min

Just random, I got vip ticket from doing an investigation while wearing my regular armor

I must have the worst rolls. I am wearing Rose Armor a+ full set and done the event quests like 15 times and only got 1 vip ticket.....

not even close to 5 vip in 10 minutes....... its been an hour +...

Yeah, my rolls arent' great either (also using Rose armor).
For now I just stopped farming those tickets like crazy and just do two fast events (capturing penguins in my case, since I have no access to area 15 for easy flowers) while using daily vouchers (you get two per day so it breaks even).

Festival will last for a while still, no point in burning myself out on something so trivial.
