carves and quest rewards. they are rare, so you just gotta get lucky.

breaking the head on brachy gives a chance for it also and carve his tail also. not sure for furious rajang's drops

If I remember correctly those drops have a drop rate of 1%, so yeah they are rare.

It's the rare drop off carves or reward screen, much like Stygian. Break the parts and pray for RNG.

you can capture furious rajang and he generally gives 1 or 2 rajang hearts if you're lucky.

You can't capture Raging since they block trap usage, unless you mean you can trap him before he goes into the final area which I haven't heard of.

You can capture Raging Brachydios, he doesn't have immunity to either trap. Furious Rajang can be caught by Pitfall traps only.
