As for why I didn't realize why there are private sessions etc. it's quite simple, I just assumed what makes the most sense, which is in case of a need for help you can send out sos and obviously no one could join u if you were in private session, or set player limit to 1. Game never gives you a single explanation on how this system works, so you just have to find out the hard way, as I did. It is also set to allowing others in by default, so the whole idea of sos flare makes little sense, if on normal unrestricted options a random player who's at the end game can just jump in and steamroll a monster in a matter of minutes or maybe less in low rank.
