i haven't got kjarr alchemy option
this is a bug? or need anything?

complete MR quest at least once

Equip a Taroth/Kjarr weapon, too.

Make sure you've killed Kulve Taroth, maybe also do the siege once or twice as well.

You don't need to complete the siege to get the alchemy. Kill Kulve once (MR Health Boost 3 , part breaker 3, rest healing and survival decos), do the siege recon once. Then go do the safi recon mission once.

I just had to go through to figure it out. Everyone said do the siege so I spent like 3 hours trying to solo the siege. After talking with people everyone who was doing alchemy had already beat Safi. After I did the Safi Recon mission that's up the alchemy came up for me.
