Best Great Sword early MR?

I don't know to which GS should I upgrade. The only promising one I saw is Gr8 Jagras sword but the water element is not really that useful imo. Any advices?

I think the great jagras is one of the better ones early on, the water is hidden element so you could boost its raw with non elemental boost. I know NEB isnt as good as it once was, but it is not too bad until you can get an upgrade. After that the Acidic Glavenus tree used to be quite good until the end game.

That's what I remember using as well, it was very effective. There should even be a build video of it for early mr

I don't know about early-early, but after Barioth you can get the Guild Palace GS I think, it used to be a go-to if you didn't want to deal with the low sharpness of Acidic and it's fairly accessible early on.

jagras is "the good" early greatsword. if the event is available then guild palace. if its not available you can wait to get the gs from the final story boss. jagras will get you through the story without any issues.
