Evade window is like .1 second of invulnerability (not sure on the exact duration), so you're looking at like an extra half a second of invulnerability, not 5 seconds. That would be absurd.

For this setup, you need to be dodging continually. You're misunderstanding what's being said, its not saying you're invincible for 5 seconds after you dodge. Its actually saying you can dodge 10 times in a row, which in total lasts 5 seconds.

dualblade demondash with evasion+5 gives you 0.433 s (60 fps) invulnerability each dash. The video keeps spamming dash so the invulnerability duration is reset. (Credit to 4rt1ll3ry for the data)

Rolling certainly has longer animation than dashing, so you won't get full invulnerability like in the video. The iframes won't cover up the entire duration of your rolling, imo
