If I can run the base game, can I also run Iceborne?

Just as the title says, I'm wondering if Iceborne has any additional pc requirements. Here are my pc specs:

CPU: Intel Core i5-8400
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 (not ti) 2GB
DirectX: Version 12
Memory: 8GB

I'm able to run the base game at ~45-60 FPS and the game only issue I get is that the game temporarily freezes for 10-20 sec when I (or someone in my group) faints.

pretty much. Your frames might go down a bit in the new map though, because of the snow effects.

Base game got updated when Iceborne came out so it's identical game now, just more content.

Yeah, they're the same game. All buying iceborne does is unlock content already on your harddrive.
