Can't Find The Third Fleet Mater After Complete the main quest of MHW??

Trying to finish all the optional quests for MHW but currently stuck on 6 Stars because one of quest needs players to talk to the Third fleet master at the Research Base, But she is not any more after I started the Iceborne Maion quests?? Anyone hElPP PLEASE??

Just progress through iceborne's story. She will eventually go back to the research base.
