Does anyone know how to unlock "A summons from Below" quest?

Wondering here... I was doing the wrong path and I need to get the mantle and upgrade it...

By hunt 3 different tempered elder dragons, and you have to be >HR15 for doing that..

But the problem is I already slain the tempered lvl 3 kirin and I need to slay more two tempered versions of other elder dragons, but idk how to find em or if they appear in the map in day/night time.

Tempered elders are common after you slain Temp. Kirin in HR49, you can try gather blue tracks in expedition to get investigations or join people sos fighting other tempered elders as well..

Most of them appear in any time, but if they don't appear even at expedition just keep going there and gather the blue tracks, you can perhaps get some in the area where you fight nergi and get his spikes or in wildspire waste at the desert to find teostra's fur.
But again the fastest method is just by joining sos..
Forgot to add, blue tracks are available even tho tempered monsters are not around..

Why expedition, why not the 49 quest thats available in optional now????

I don't have many of them available, but still I managed to do investigations on the high rank maps by searching for tracks and luckily I just unlocked tempered ED investigation quests of teostra and Nergigante, after defeating Tempered Kirin in optional. And since I completed the Rocksteady Mantle quest, I i'd like to thank you for your response and help and I'd also like to thank @Manticore here for the help about spoting tempered elder dragons in order to slay 3 different temp ED to unlock the quest.

Here’s a good tip for getting t3 tempered quests while the events are all active, equip an armor set which has scholar and scenthound I think there’s a charm for it. Then do the AT Kirin event. Just follow him around picking up his tracks. Just don’t attack him xD once you have a few investigations just return from q.
