Spiritvein Solidbone
the fextralife wiki can...sometimes leave something to be desired. I sorta understand Spiritvein Solidbone is acquired from Tempered monsters in Guiding Lands. How do I get them to appear, could a friend let me join & we hunt one etc even if they are higher GL Level than me?

I need 5 for Loyal Thunder :(

Use kiranico. Fextralife doesn't care about content, they just want their ad revenue.

How high is your MR? Temperd monsters only spawn if your region is at a certain level, and that level depends (kinda) on your MR

they drop from t2 tempered monsters like zinogre/rathalos/diablos etc. these can spawn as tempered when your region is atleast lvl 5. but its rng if they are tempered or not. if your region is lvl 6 they will always spawn as tempered. lvl 5 requires mr 50 quest finished. lvl 6 requires mr 69? quest to be finished (forgot the level this quest required. 69 or 74. its not possible to obtain them before mr 50 therefore.
