Where's Nergigante Ticket Layered Armor?

Now that I have access to MR equipment I'm feeling brave enough to take on AT Elder event quests. I know these tickets USED to be able to be turned in to the resource center for layered armor. Now layered armor is supposed to be acquired from the smithy, but it seems there isn't a Nergigante one (Ryu). Am I missing something? The Dante one is available.

There is no ryu/streetfighter event on pc. And never will be. It is console only.

Their are there , all variation of the nergigante armor set as layered armor

You need to be MR 100 and unlock the ruiner ( GL component ) in the Guiding Land and one Nergi ticket from the event at nergi for the Y version
