Here's a list of what I recommend for general use:

Heals: Mega Potions, Max Potion, stuff to make more Max Potions

Buffs: Demondrug, Armorskin, Demon Powder, Might Seed

Cures: Nullberries, Astera Jerky, Antidote Pills

Tools: Shocktraps, Pitfall Traps, Tranq Bombs, Flash Pods, Dung Pods, 2 Mega Barrel Bombs, Farcaster.

Charms: Power Charm/Talon, Armor Charm/Talon

Don't bother with Cool/Hot drinks since they are available at the campsite or easy to find. Also, bring some Life Powders if you play with other people.
