i can't unlock the vitality mantle+ quest

i already complete the glider mantle+ quest, and i have the ghillie mantle+ but i can't unlock the vitality mantle+ quest, somebody can help me? what i need to do to unlock it

according to the wiki, you must complete the "ice catch" quest before getting the quest for the vitality mantle+.

No idea the only things we can do are what we told ya....
Try speaking with all the Yellow exclamation NPCs and completing all the missions up until MR4

Maybe you need to do a delivery first. Had the same problem when trying to unlock all canteen ingredients.

To any others who end up here. The answer is go to Hoarfrost reach and talk to the female NPC in the smithy. She will give you the quest after you're MR4 and have done the "Ice catch" Quest
