Does anyone know how to get Odoragon Mantle?

Well I'm just completing the materials to get all of the velkhana armor materials and the problem is I hunted odoragon several times in the same master rank. I always aimed to cut its tail and break its head, and everytime i carve the tail it doesnt get the mantle neither when I break its head or using palico's plunderblade to increase the chance of getting the material I desire. Any help?

just pretend you dont need it monster hunter runs a desire sensor you just need to trick it into thinking its getting you

Lol thats what ive done and still no result as i said in the thread... you should read.

mods are normally the reason for these issues
or you have to proceed in the story to unlock melding option

read your guide book and look where you should to carve so you can get odo mantle.
use investigation for higher chance, but normal quest is not imposible

odo mantle if i not wrong is 10%

carve and capture %chance for mantle is the same
capture gives you more rewards tho
