Safi in traditional 50 min quest when?

I hate sieges. There is simply not enough time to even farm anything. In recent dev diary they announced Kulve Taroth as normal monster hunt. When Safijiva?

Now as for rewards, im not really sure how that works, but what i have noticed is that i always get them when my group kills her/him(obviously) or if someone else's group kills him while im poking on the boss and the time ends before killing it.

I would recommend a weapon with high elderseal status if you want to drain the energy faster so it changes floor faster.
I use the ruinous nergigante IG for this, elderseal is high, and dragon+raw dmg is decent, and with red extract, the attack speed is fast.


Well, i would just say, start the quest and break as much as you can in that time and on the 2nd attempt you should be able to kill it for your rewards.

I would'nt say i did it in 1 run. It was 10 or more i lost count after 8. Still close to lvl3 but I can't get any rewards. I guess i have no choice. Ruiner Nergigante weapons eh? But he is at MR100 right? Right now i have 67 and 39MR so it is a long road ahead and probablly i won't be able to get to nergigane before event ends. What gem should i put into ruiner nergi weapon longsword? Just for the future when quest reappear and i have nergi's weapon.

It is a multiplayer quest, don't expect to be able to clear it solo in under 10 attempts. You have to drain the energy in each zone, becuase Safi heals itself through it. Once a zone is completely drained (you can see the progress in the Siege overview at the pub lass), it can't heal itself in that zone and will head towards the next zone much faster.

I'd say so. You're better off to just search for a lobby where people are farming the Siege to actually complete it.

You mean you broke 8'ish parts, well its possible to break all 10 in 1 attempt, it just takes an coordinated group with right weapons to do so but with randoms and no comms it aint gonna happen...


As you said earlier you dont play multi, and if you only play solo, you are gonna have to spend hours instead for just 1 reward collection and while you do it with a group you could probably get around 10' ish reward collections in the same time...

As for recent other posts, yeah, as they have said, it will probably never going to be a solo mission.

Its a shame if they never do it but its understandable and with a good reason due to how op the awakened weapons are....
I would never want to see such a strong weapon in a normal mission, infact, i would rather have them buff safi to make attacks stronger and more unpredictable and also add some extra attacks
Strong weapons should require a group to obtain them, its already easy enough, just takes time instead

yes, most likely if you try to solo the boss which is a stupid thing to do ^^ But you should always try both, break parts+ draining the energy, although i didnt have any idea that the energy healed her, i just thought the energy charged her beam and ulti attacks faster..

But you do drain the energy with a elderseal weapon, a weapon with high status on elderseal makes it more efficient, however, you can also use a elder boost skill if you use a weapon with either low or average/medium seal but boost will not work on weapons if it has no elderseal at all..

According to wiki, there is only 3 items that grant elderseal boost.
dragonseal earrings( Rank B or higher in Arena Quest 08 and 09) which is a headpiece.., stygian greaves A+(which is from guided lands) and a gem/deco

Yeah ruiner nerg is MR 100+, although he is easier than normal nerg but it does take a while to reach it. I do think you can reach mr 100+ before safi is gone, from what i heard, the siege quests lasts for roughly 3 months, im not sure if this is true but if it is, you will be able :)

But you dont need a ruin nerg weapon to be able to kill stuff, its just faster and easier instead
I do know for IG that the ruiner nerg one and hydros arcana are the best ones until you get safi....
But enough of that, since you're not playing IG, there is no point to go further into that weapon selection..


As for longsword, i dont use that weapon, nor will i ever use it, its too slow for me.
Its better if someone else help with gear/skills/ gems for that weapon.

You could pre-IB, probably still can now but now that Wex and MM aren't as good as they used to be, it'll be that much harder because damage will be lower. Extremoth already was very tight, so weapon choices are probably pretty limited now.
