Questions about the camera settings and the lock-on feature.
Target camera vertical settings: match the height of the monster or not? Focus camera settings: height restricted or not? Whats best here? Camera terrain adjustments? Use dynamic camera? What do they exactly do? Also, the lock-on feature seems wonky. I use the IG, lance and bow on a controller. Any camera or menu/items tips you can give me?

I forget which option it is, but there's one that changes the lock-on so it doesn't follow the monster constantly. That one you will want to disable, because gg is it jarring. That way when you tap the button/key to focus the monster it'll quickly snap the camera to wherever they've jumped to, instead of it literally always following the monster. It helps a bunch for fast monsters and saves you flailing the camera around yourself trying to find them.

iirc "Focus Camera" is the one that follows the monster automatically(not good imo).
"Target Camera" is when you manually tap so the camera rotates towards the monster, I use this quite a lot for 180 degrees turns(if the monster gets behind me I just tap it once and boom, back into view again) - I play with a controller.

That's the one.

Are there camera settings/combination of settings that can be turned off to stop the auto moving/adjusting of the camera when clutch clawing or mounting onto something? The amount of times I've clutched onto something only for the camera to reverse ending with me reversing direction on the monster as a result is absolutely infuriating lol.
