SYmantec endpoint antivirus, launching problem

anyoone here uses symanted antivirus?
if so, have a clue on how to programme it so that i could launch MHW
I have added all the files needed but still couldnt launch the game

nope not a clue.. the game works super fine before the update then BOOM the game doesnt launch anymore.. and pls fkin stop telling me to disable the damn thing and add execption to it cuz we've tried
