Too high price for CIS region
CIS U.S. Dollar is not about USA or Europe!
For example Kazakhstan. Price must be like in Russia for Kazakhstan, not like in USA or Europe
Pricing policy for CIS Region is completely wrong!

As i see from SteamDB, prices for CIS countries calculated by CapCom manually, based on CIS U.S Dollar value and multiplied by exchange rate to local currency.
And CIS U.S. Dollar price is TOO HIGH for CIS region!
CIS U.S. Dollar value must be like in Russia or price should be calculated using rubles instead of CIS Dollar!
Instead of:
CIS US Dollar price * local exchange rate = price in local currency
must be used this:
Ruble price * local exchange rate = price in local currency
OR you must set CIS U.S. Dollar price MANY TIMES LOWER, to match Russia prices.
Why? Because Russia is MOST RICH country in CIS region

you wanted to be free now shut up and enjoy free markets or ask putin if you are allowed to return to mother russia

In the past there were no goods in the shops and today you can not afford the exhibited goods

My condolence, but what is CIS region? Never heard of it before

And since you already paid and get the game, what's the point you have to make this thread?

CIS region is this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Commonwealth_of_Independent_States
But actually it's all post soviet countries except these who is in EU now(but they are not rich too)
I purchased retail version from russia with normal price, not overpriced one.
But i can't buy all DLC's with normal price
