Error Code 203-MW1

Seems like the way to resolve it is to start a new session (not matchmake, you can start the new session from a quest board by choosing "online session") or just sit idle until you time out... after 30+ minutes. Restarting the game might also fix it.

Googling the error code seems to indicate that it mostly happens around patch time when players might be running different versions of the game.
