Where do I craft layered armor?

I see the sets on the forge but don't know where to buy the layered armor to any of the event armor sets...

most are from event quests, might be best to look up a video on what events are worth doing while they are all available.

Pretty sure Arrekz has one out.

You do not craft it, once you get 1 of the respective tickets the blacksmith will have ! icon on his head, talking to him will give you a delivery quest which will rewards you with the respective layer armor.

Deliver stuff to the resource center after you unlocked the delivery.

What Zamus said, u get the tickets from the events. it unlocks a q from the forgemaster. then its a delivery turn in with the bounty people.

so, why don't they appear on the list? why is not the blue samurai one for example?

From events there is the halloween, xmas and anniversary, summer butterfly and Kulve Taroth "bushido" or whatever it is it called.

Aside from that, each Arch tempered elder dragon has a layered set unlock as well as Extreme behemoth.

There are some others, but slipped my mind.

But only specific armors have layered versions and the Resource Center only unlocks them after you get the item and talks to blacksmith guy.

typically all layered armor is from deliveries.

i kinda wish teh Bushi tickets from Kulve made an actual armor set. feels like a missed opportunity.
