The pillars of light on ammo/monster part/etc drops is probably the most popular and useful mod for the game. Beyond that, just whatever texture mods you may want.

i saw that pillars mod and it sounds insanely useful especially in hectic scenarios

This is one of the best mods imo so far. But be warned, it CAN be considered cheating, when asking other players (capcom doesn't care so you're safe) givin what it does, so the judgment is up to you.

I always found that funny how fallout 4 locks achivements if you have mods on, glad i never gave a crap about them, since their games aren't worth playing without mods.

The most ironic part about that...

There's a mod that re-enables achievements.

I also recommend the "improved NPC locations" mod that adds NPCs to the gathering hub. It makes the gathering hub actually useful instead of being entirely pointless, outside of Taroth runs.
