That's what I did on my older MBP to play Windows-based games, but my MBP is way too old to play the current generation of games.
There's a chance you could use Parallels instead, but because MHW is such an CPU-intensive game, I don't know about its performance through Parallels. It'll probably run faster through a native Windows 10 install.
Also note because MBP aren't supported, Capcom hasn't tested MHW with MBP hardware so you may encounter glitches if there are driver issues.
Next thing you know people will start whining about no Mac support
MHW only shows Windows.
Edit: It does, such ♥♥♥♥♥♥ GPU for 3k laptop...
I was thinking along the lines of a thunderbolt port eGPU
But yeah, Macs suck.
