Is there some kind of Demo of the game ?

Helle everyone, I'm looking for a way to playtest MH:World. The game is quite expensive for me so even though I think I would like it, it would be nice to at least play some sort of a short demo, and not just jump in blind. Is there any way to do that, or will I have to "bite the bullet" and buy ?

Reason is there was never a demo. Only a beta for the PS4.

Even on the Xbox you had no beta.

So reasons that none for PC.

Watch some videos of the PC version to help you decide. You will have 2 hours to try it once you buy, if you choose to.

I tried Dauntless for a few hours, the game is fine ^^ but lacking content for now. They have a huge update planned as the same time as MHW release tho ^^

Dauntless was like a cheap parking-lot, 1-dollar one-night stand (yep I played it, the game, that is). It was fun, for like, 10 minutes. But when the gonorrhea sets in, THAT'S when you start questionig your life choices.

Were you playing it alone ? Because I was playing with a friend, and it was more fun than when I was alone. And if you stopped after 10 minutes, how can you say it wasn't good ? You could've done only one mission in that time ^^'

I was joking but tbqh Dauntless is the closest to a demo MHW has. It's free, so why not have OP give it a try and see if they like boss fight combat before they spend all their beer money on MHW?

btw the you can get more than 100h of fun out of monsterhunter
100h is a pretty low estimate btw ;)

if you buy it on green man gaming its even a little bit cheaper

its definitely worth full price
