If this is true, then I wonder why did the developers wrote 1080p/30FPS under those system requirements? It was vague anyhow.
because that's the minimum spec for 30fps maybe? and 60 fps will require even better spec? which I hope is not the case :/
I know. I meant it's the min and recommended spec for 30 fps because that's the target they're aiming for. but that doesn't mean it's locked to 30 fps
I think it has to do more about that there is tons of variables into PC building that can change the outcome for the same PC Build. Specially starting with OC and different models of GPUs.
IMO maybe they are trying to evade having big expectations and then not meeting them so 30FPS would be achivable even with the different variables comparing to if they said 60FPS in the end people can't outcry aboutt it.
Its just a marketing strategy.

Fan of the series hated how weak these monsters were, and we already knew the reason why these monsters were dumbed down from their original versions was, so that Capcom hoped to grab more fans from China for more cash.
It was officially licensed.
Also spelling and grammar are optional. Take a chill pill.
Cap prolly didnt post reqs for 60fps to be safe. But i say wait and see.
