Help with chat box
Hello guys,

Well when I am in the chat box I cant move it, so I have to assume that the chat box is fixed in one place?

Also on the right side it says Send to: Hub or Session, what does this mean?
When I click on Gestures below Sticker button a menu pops up with phrases of the gestures and and if pressed "Back" it says C: Show/Hide Phrases, What does this mean?
And finally it says "2": Send to Hub and if pressed again changes to a orange color saying Session.

I tried everything and i dont seem to find what each thing does. I just use gestures or stickers and they go to the ALL tab in the chat.

Please help me understand this better. This game is fabulous but has so many things that make it difficult and tricky to understand too much information at once in a short period of time :( I can't process it all.

The chat box cannot be moved.

Text can be sent either to "hub" which refers to just the people who are in the same gathering hub or quest as you are presently in, or to the "session" which means everyone in the session, whether they're in a quest or in Astera.

I believe the "phrases" mentioned are those associated with the gestures. They're automatically entered into chat if you use the gesture. They are probably still used even if hidden, but frankly, I don't recall this option, so I can't say for sure. These phrases are customizable.

The "All" tab shows you both system messages (info about bounties, tailraiders, the Argosy, etc) and chat messages (text from other players). Each of the other 2 tabs filters for only 1 of those types.

So If I send it to session everyone can read it even in lobby or out in a quest and hub is more like the "party" you made with some people when going outside for a quest.

I saw that if you press C you disable the text from popping when doing the gesture, if pressed 2 it means that that text will either go to the hub chat or the session one right?

Thanks for clarifying the rest of it :D

Question 1: yes
Question 2: That sounds right, but I have not personally used it, so I am not sure.

I have to say that i never saw any kind of phrase or chat when i came from a quest so i dont know if it works :S is just that i come from a quest and i dont see any new messages people sent while in astera. Kinda weird and useless function really like who cares what people post in astera while you are out, or viceversa it should work too no? Someone in a quest sending something to the session while he is away and you are in astera or in another quest so you basically dont give a damn about it you are focused at your game.

It's rare but happened sometimes, either by accident or during Kulve Taroth sieges, when people would try to coordinate timing on the final quest.
