Getting Bow Charge Plus?

What's the fastest way to get Bow Charge plus, without dying from killing strong monsters. Need a good decent bow build to kill the Lunastra and some other strong monsters. Also some suggestions for some good decent defense build.

I think Bow Charge Plus is only worth it if you have the decoration (Mighty Bow Jewel 2) because otherwise you have to use 4 pieces of Legiana Armour. Having said that Legi armour doesn't look too bad for an Ice bow set.

Don't worry to much about Bow Charge Plus if you don't have it yet. What is most important for Bow is having Critical Element obtained from 2 piece Rathalos set or Kjarr weapons, as well as at least 3 "Elemental Attack" jewels and Constitution 3.
