The xeno'jiva layered sets are all available to me currently? I think you need to have killed AT xeno'jiva for gamma to show up in the list, though.

I don't have any Xeno gear and I killed the AT version

Chances are you've not yet acquired yourself a "Tundra Ice Bone" from Bonepiles found in the Tundra Region of the Guiding Lands.

Xeno layer needs material from Safi'jiva. For gamma sets you need AT ticket too.
