No easter egg at the top of the Hoarfrost Reach summit

There's suppose to be Rusted Kushala Daora shell at the top of the Hoarfrost Reach summit, I've found nothing there but wall of ice, at the exact location. I did not yet see the ending of the Iceborne and currently at the MR 15. Is there any requirement to see this secret easter egg?

Can u post a screenshot to show that you're looking at the right place? On my way to the summit, I saw it and I didn't even knew it was there to begin with.

Its not at the summit.... go straight instead of climbing the ice to the left.

Here's the screenshot. I'll try it later after I finished the Iceborne. It seems it's not available for those who hasn't reached the ending, I suppose.

I want to ask, if anyone met the wall of ice at the place supposed to be easter egg, other than me? Because I'm having feeling that today's patch might have removed the easter egg. I've searched through the internet and found no information about requirement for this easter egg.

On my second character I climbed to the top stright after gain acess to this zone. And saw only ice wall too.

I think Kushala skin apeared later, maybe after Velkhana kill. After I completed story line - Kushala skin was present in right place.

Thanks for the information, I think there's certain point of progress when this easter egg appears. Good to know I'm not the only one, I feared they removed it and I might not witness it!

You actually need to take a picture of it iirc for the felyne researcher photo requests so they wouldn't just randomly remove it.

I am pretty sure it is only available after slaying Velkhana. I went up there immediately when first accessing the area (Shrieking Legiana) and the ice wall was there. Once killed Velkhana and went up there again the wall vanished.
