Beyond the Blasting Scales already completed [BUG?]

So, this quest and the Kirin's quest to unlock 49+ HR appear as completed, despite my HR being 45. If I recall correctly, as soon as 9-star missions appeared, the game marked this two quests as completed (before Iceborne), when my hunter was low HR.
I was wondering if this is happening to someone else or if I'm the lucky one which doesn't have to deal with 2 tempered B-52.

If you have iceborne, these quests are completed when you finish the story. I believe there is an optional quest added so that you can do them if you want, but your levels are not locked if you have iceborne.

You may have said (before iceborne) but if you had the dlc purchased, then it would automatically finish those quests for you as soon as they were available whether you were trying to go to the new lands or not. If you didn't have iceborne unlocked on your account, then something else may have triggered the wrong feature and you may want to check if you have any mods active that may have caused problems.

Not really otherwise your HR will be locked while playing MR and since you also gain HR while doing MR quests, it would screw things up.
